Aprendi — Terms of Use

Aprendi is intended for guardians (parents or legal guardians) over 18, who register children as dependent profiles on their account. The child does not create an account directly — the contractual relationship is with the guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on it. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use. Do not share your password. We recommend setting a strong, unique PIN for child mode.

Aprendi uses AI to read text from book pages and generate exercises. The AI is a study aid — it does not replace formal pedagogical guidance. Errors, inaccuracies, or limited interpretations may occur. Use with supervision and judgment. Do not photograph copyrighted content with intent to redistribute.

You retain all rights over the photos you submit. By using the app, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process these photos for the sole purpose of generating exercises for your family. We do not republish, share publicly, or use them to train external AI. Photos are deleted within 24 hours.

Aprendi has a free plan with a daily exercise limit. Aprendi Premium is a paid subscription unlocking unlimited use, processed exclusively by Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, auto-renewal, and cancellation rules follow those platforms' policies. You can cancel at any time in your Apple ID or Google Account settings.

You agree not to: • Use the app for any illegal activity; • Attempt to circumvent technical limits, parental restrictions, or paywall; • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract AI models; • Upload abusive, violent, sexual, discriminatory content or content infringing third-party rights; • Automate use (scripts, bots) or create mass accounts; • Resell generated exercises as your own service.

We work to keep the app always available, but downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, provider failures, or unforeseeable events. We may modify features, add or remove capabilities, and adjust subscription plans — we will provide reasonable notice when material impact is involved.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] or [email protected]. Upon closure, personal data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Aprendi is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TwoBrains Technology is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from misuse, temporary unavailability, or occasional AI errors. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that cannot be limited under Brazilian law (CDC, LGPD).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Goiânia/GO, except where mandatory consumer law provisions apply.
